We carefully inspect each piece before dispatch. In the rare case you receive a damaged item, please notify us within 48 hours at Dishakhatri12@gmail.com with unboxing video, and we’ll initiate a hassle-free exchange.
Due to hygiene and product integrity reasons, we do not offer returns. Exchanges are only accepted for damaged or wrong products, if reported within 48 hours of delivery. Refunds are issued only in cases where replacements are not possible.

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After that, cancellation or changes are not allowed.
